These terms are the agreement between you and [Company name], a business based in the United Arab Emirates trading as Villa Tours by AvantQ ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. We have written them in plain English on purpose; if anything is unclear, email us before you order.
1. What the service is
You upload a floor plan and some inspiration photos and tell us a little about the property. We build a measured 3D model from the plan, then photo-finish every room so you get a 360 tour, an interactive X-Ray 3D model and an AutoCAD DXF pack, delivered through a private link. A person reviews every order; nothing is produced automatically from your upload.
The tour is made from the plan and the information you give us. It is a faithful picture of what the plan says, not a survey of a built property. Please check that the plan you upload is the one you want built.
2. Your plans stay yours
You keep all intellectual property in the floor plans, photos and other files you send us. You confirm that you have the right to send them to us and to have them used in the way these terms describe.
3. What we may do with your files
You give us a limited licence to copy, store and process your files only as far as needed to produce and deliver your order, to answer your questions about it and to make any revisions you ask for. We do not use your files for marketing, for training any system, or for any other customer's order, and we do not sell or share them with anyone other than the service providers that store and process them for us (listed in our privacy notice).
The finished tour, model and CAD files are delivered to you to use as you wish. We keep the right to use our own tools, methods and know-how again for other customers.
4. What counts as a room
The price depends on how many spaces get their own 360 view: living, kitchen, dining, each bedroom, each bathroom, hallway or landing, and a courtyard or terrace if you want it. Closets and small stores do not count. If the plan shows more rooms than you declared, we will send you an updated quote before we start.
5. Revision rounds
Every order includes one revision round; you can add a second when you order. One revision round means either one layout change and the rooms it affects, or up to five rooms re-finished with new reference photos. Changes beyond that are quoted separately. A revision round is used when you send us the change request; please gather all your changes before you send them.
6. Payment
- Prices are fixed in UAE dirhams (AED) and shown before you commit. The quote is frozen on your order when it is created or re-quoted.
- When you order, we place a hold on your card for the quoted amount. Nothing is charged at that point.
- We review your plan, usually within one business day. If we need something from you, we email you and the hold stays in place while we wait.
- Your card is charged only when we approve the order and confirm the plan can be built as quoted.
- If we do not approve the order within 7 days, the hold lapses by itself and nothing is charged. If you still want to go ahead, place a new order from our site; we will quote it afresh (the founding price still applies while founding slots remain).
- If we cancel an order, any live hold is released. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 5–10 working days of approval; this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and complex plans can take longer. When your order is ready we email you a private delivery link. The link is unguessable but not password-protected, so anyone you give it to can open it. The link stays live until the order is cancelled or you ask us to take it down.
8. Keeping and deleting your files
We delete your plan and photos 90 days after your order is delivered or cancelled. Your tour link stays live; ask us by email to take it down at any time.
9. No automated decisions
Every decision about your order — the quote, whether we can build it, and what we deliver — is made by a person. We do not use your plan, photos or details to make automated decisions about you.
10. Our responsibility
We will produce the deliverables with reasonable care and skill. If something we delivered does not match the plan you sent, tell us and we will put it right at no extra cost. Beyond that, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law does not allow us to limit it. The deliverables are visualisations; they are not architectural, engineering or construction documents and must not be relied on as such.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
