How it works
- Upload Your floor plan, a few inspiration photos and a short style form. About ten minutes.
- Fixed quote & card hold You see the price before you commit. We place a hold on your card — nothing is charged yet.
- We check the plan and build A person reviews your plan within 1 business day. Only then is your card charged, and we start building.
- Private link Typically 5–10 working days later you get a private link to your tour, model and CAD files.

Questions people ask
What counts as a room?
Every space that gets its own 360 view: living, kitchen, dining, each bedroom, each bathroom, hallway or landing, and a courtyard or terrace if you want it. Closets and small stores don't count. If the plan shows more rooms than you declared, we send you an updated quote before we start.
What is a revision round?
Either one layout change and the rooms it affects, or up to five rooms re-finished with new reference photos. One round is included; you can add a second when you order. Gather all your changes before you send them — a round is used when you send the request.
How long does it take?
We review your plan within 1 business day. After we confirm it, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days. Very large or unusual plans can take longer; we tell you before we charge your card.
What do you need from me?
A floor plan with dimensions (PDF, image or DXF), the number of rooms, and a few inspiration photos — ideally one per room type. If the plan has no dimensions, tell us the overall size or one room you know; we will ask before building if we cannot measure it.
What do you do with my files?
Your plan and photos are used only to build your order and are never sent anywhere except our storage. We delete your plan and photos 90 days after your order is delivered or cancelled. Your tour link stays live; ask us by email to take it down at any time.
How does payment work?
You place a card hold when you order; nothing is charged at that point. Your card is charged only after we check the plan and confirm we can build it. If we don't approve the order within 7 days, the hold lapses by itself and nothing is charged.
