Property

What we are building.

Count every space that gets its own 360 view: living, kitchen, dining, each bedroom, each bathroom, hallway/landing, courtyard or terrace if you want it. Closets and small stores don't count.
Floor-to-ceiling height per floor if you know it (e.g. 3.2 m ground, 3.0 m first). Leave blank and we use 3.0 m.
Where is the stair and what shape (straight / L / U)? Leave blank if the plan shows it.
Plan and geometry

Everything that helps us measure the plan correctly.

Overall size, e.g. 'about 15 m by 12 m', or one room you know: 'master bedroom 4 × 3.5 m'. Required when you chose 'No, but I know the overall size'.
Looking at the plan as uploaded, which edge is the street / front door?
Optional — helps us light the rooms correctly.
Style

How the finished rooms should look.

Walls, floors, timber tone, metals, fabric colours, any accent that must stay
Furniture that must be in a specific place (bed direction, TV wall, island…)
Facade style and colour, garden, pool, pergola
Only if your plan shows them — most plans don't
Which photo best represents the whole house? Describe it (e.g. 'the grey kitchen')
